Builder Permit Pulse
We check Mecklenburg County's building permit and inspection status daily, and email you a plain-English digest of what changed, what's stuck, and what's due — instead of you checking the county website by hand.
How it works
Connect your permits
Paste your active Mecklenburg County permit numbers — we look up the address and current status for you.
We check daily
Every day we check the county's records for every permit you're tracking, no manual lookups.
Get a plain-English digest
A short email tells you what changed, what's stuck, and what's coming up — nothing you have to dig for.
